Randi
Brenowitz is an Organization Development Consultant who specializes
in the design and implementation of organizational change programs.
She is committed to unleashing creativity and innovation, and
improving corporate productivity, through the development of high-performance,
team-based, collaborative organizations.
Randi
builds partnerships with clients and their internal HR and/or
OD specialists. This ensures skill- and learning transfer in all
of a project's components.
Randi
has over twenty years experience working with knowledge-workers
as a senior manager at Digital Equipment Corporation and Sun Microsystems
as well as a partner of Millpond Group. She has used her experience
to create a unique process for applying the principles of teams
within organizations comprised mainly of knowledge-workers, while
maintaining a balanced approach to meeting organization objectives
and team development. She is an expert in assessing and resolving
conflicts within and between individuals and the teams they work
in.
As
a Vice-President of a major American philanthropy, Randi implemented
a leadership development curriculum and mentoring program that
is nationally recognized as a model for non-profit organizations.
For two years she has served as the co-author and publisher of
an electronic newsletter focused on the dynamics of high-performance
work teams.
Randi received her B.S. from Northeastern University and M.B.A.
from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, specializing
in organization behavior.
